ApplyPilot Terms of Service
Effective 3 October 2026 · ApplyPilot v0.5
These terms govern use of ApplyPilot, a service operated by Syntheon Technology Private Limited.
Purpose
ApplyPilot helps users understand and prepare real applications, maintain user-approved facts and evidence provenance, reuse approved answer material, map fields, detect source changes, plan application workload, run deterministic preflight checks, and record user-confirmed submission receipts.
No guarantee of eligibility or acceptance
ApplyPilot outputs are preparation aids. Readiness, rule evaluation, attention score, or preflight results are not acceptance predictions, legal eligibility determinations, professional advice, certification of evidence, or guarantees that a destination will accept a submission.
No arbitrary third-party submission
ApplyPilot does not submit arbitrary third-party forms in this release. A recorded submission means the user confirmed that the external submission occurred.
Account plans and limits
Account plans may differ in active application capacity, source-change checks, reusable answer memory, retained evidence storage, or other durable-service limits. Core preparation functionality may remain available on free accounts, subject to reasonable technical and anti-abuse limits.
Recurring subscriptions
If you choose a paid plan on ApplyPilot's external website, the subscription renews on the billing cycle shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel future renewals through the billing portal. Taxes, payment methods, and final checkout totals are handled by the payment provider. Paid-plan access may be limited or suspended if a payment fails or a subscription ends.
Promotional credit
Promotional ApplyPilot account credit is a service promotion, not money. It is non-withdrawable, non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be limited to eligible accounts or eligible charges. Duplicate or abusive claims may be denied. If a discount is applied, refund calculations are based on the amount actually paid.
Saved information and reuse
Only information intentionally saved through ApplyPilot should be treated as reusable account state. Facts, answer memory, mappings, evidence, and requirements can become stale; ApplyPilot may flag or invalidate prior assessments when premises change.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information, rights to uploaded material, final review, and compliance with each destination's rules. Do not use ApplyPilot for false, fraudulent, unauthorized, or impersonating submissions, and do not store secrets the service is not designed to retain.
Availability and changes
The service may evolve. We may change future pricing, limits, or integrations with notice where required, while preserving already-earned rights required by applicable law.
Refunds and data
See the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Supported product controls include export and deletion of saved application data.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ApplyPilot is provided without warranties that any application will be complete, accepted, eligible, or successful. Users should independently verify consequential deadlines, declarations, legal requirements, and financial information.
