ApplyPilot Refund Policy
Effective 3 October 2026
This policy applies to paid ApplyPilot subscriptions purchased through ApplyPilot's external website.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a recurring subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated by the payment provider.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge was duplicated or made in error, the service was materially unavailable, or another exceptional circumstance applies, you can request a refund review from the ApplyPilot dashboard. ApplyPilot records a request ID and review status; the request itself does not automatically move money. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the circumstances, applicable law, and payment-provider rules. Provider refunds are irreversible once issued.
Promotional account credit
Promotional ApplyPilot account credit is non-withdrawable, non-transferable, has no cash redemption value, and is not itself refundable. If it is applied as a discount, any refund is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer.
Payment credentials
ApplyPilot does not store full payment-card credentials. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider.
