ApplyPilot helps you prepare, continue and track real applications across ChatGPT and the ApplyPilot dashboard.

- For a public application page, ask ChatGPT: “Can you help me apply for this?” and provide the URL.
- Use the dashboard to review durable application memory, account limits and billing state.
- If a requirement is ambiguous, mark it
needs_reviewrather than guessing. - The ChatGPT plugin does not sell subscriptions; billing is handled only on ApplyPilot's external website.
Account and billing
Use the dashboard to see your plan, promotional account credit, quota consumption, account activity, billing controls and any open refund-review request. Full payment-card credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by ApplyPilot. See the plan information and refund policy.
Privacy controls
Ask ChatGPT to show what ApplyPilot stores, delete named reusable facts or evidence records, delete a saved application workspace, or delete all ApplyPilot application data for the connected account. Do not send passwords, OTPs, private keys, payment credentials or banking passwords to ApplyPilot.
Technical status
The production deployment exposes a read-only health endpoint at /health. If account authorization fails, reconnect ApplyPilot from ChatGPT or sign in again through the dashboard.
